3. Playa Encanto and the main area we refer to as east beach would be next in for properties in route to town. Playa Encanto is a long stretch of beautiful beach front land consisting of homes, condos and lots.

4. Playa La Jolla is located at the end of Playa Encanto which is a beachfront community with only one beachfront lot for sale. Playa La Jolla is one of the closest areas of the entrance to the estuary that seperates Las Conchas and east beach. Playa La Jolla has its own club house, common area with pool and jacuzzi right on the beach.
